We are recruiting a **full-time Commis Chef** and a casual kitchenhand for one minute to work at L'Hotel Gitan, located near Prahran Market.

 

(1) Commis Chef — Full-time

  • Work type: Full-time
  • Salary and Work Schedule: To be announced separately
  • When applying, please include your kitchen experience and any duties you were responsible for.

 

(2) Kitchen Hand — Casual

  • Working days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 4 days a week
  • Thu, Fri, Sat: From 12:00 PM until closing
    The closing time is approximately 10:00 PM ~ 10:30 PM.
    Braking is from 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM ~ 5:00 PM
  • Salary: Weekday hourly wage is approximately AUD $33 before tax, with penalty rates applied on weekends and public holidays based on the award.
