[Bote House] *Box Hill* Homestay, Private Room/Double Room/Couples, Students/Office Workers Welcome


This is a two-story house located in the residential area of Box Hill South. 

 We provide homestays  for  students and  office workers, and guesthouses are also available for  those who are traveling briefly  or  need  temporary accommodation .

Since it's  a two-story house, our family lives on the first floor   , and the guest room and    bathroom are on the second floor ,  so it's not crowded.    


Located in a residential area,  it's quiet and  safe, and    parking is convenient.     ,
 Right in front  of the house, there's   a park and  a bike  track, so you can  walk and  exercise    along  Dinner  Creek .
  This is the walking path  my dog loves the most ^^
Students attending     Deakin University  often walk or   cycle    to school from home to enjoy  fresh air  and exercise  along  Diner  Creek. (20 minutes on foot)


 For breakfast, they provide milk, juice, tea, toast, jam, butter, eggs, bacon, and  fruit ,  ,
Outside of meal times,   the food is prepared so  you can eat   it  yourself.
  Dinner is prepared, so  you can come comfortably even     if you come late . (Pizza, pasta ,  sometimes we even have barbecue  parties  on  our deck )
Ramen and  eggs  are always  available ,  so don't   worry about what others think .


Personal towels  are provided , so  please let me know if  you need them..
 We provide  the necessary  detergent and  fabric softener  for  laundry..

The interior is  equipped with everything you need   for daily  life, such as  a wardrobe, study  desk and  chairs,  desk lamp, mirror , and more.,
 If you need   anything, you should  bring your own essentials,  toiletries , and  other personal items .



# Homestay / Guesthouse

If one person  wants a single room ,  it's $60 per day ($360 per  week or more ),

The private room is equipped with a single bed, a study desk, chair, desk lamp, bookshelf, and mirror.


If two people (couple rooms) share a room, the daily fee is $45 per person ($280 per week for stays over a week).

The couple rooms are equipped with queen beds, making them spacious and comfortable .

The couple room is equipped with a study  desk and  chairs for two people to use independently, a desk  lamp, mirror, side table, and lamp.


If two people (double occupancy) share   a room, the fee is $45 per  person per day (for stays over a week ,  one person  per person costs $280 per week).

The double room has two  single beds and a double bed is also possible,

Men and women can move in simultaneously for couples and friends.

In a double room, two people are equipped with a study  desk,  chairs,  desk lamp, and mirror for each person to use.

+ No bond fees .


There are many elementary, middle, high schools, and universities nearby, making it a great location for students looking for a homestay.          
(Roberts McCubbin Primary, Kingswood College, Box Hill High, Forest Hill College, PLC, Our Lady of Sion College, Deakin Uni & Box Hill TAFE)


We can provide good  information  and support  to  parents and students who have middle school children   and are looking    for homestays  for  their children,   ,
If needed, a "Homestay  Guardian" is also  available, so please contact us separately.

# Transportation 

Box Hill Station  is located right behind the house , about 3 minutes by bus  numbers 735 or 732,

Bus number 903 to Chadstone is also available.
It takes about  20 minutes by train  from  Box Hill Station to  the city.


For those who are traveling, we offer free rental of the Mikey transportation card .

*Street parking   in front   of the house   for private car  use is available .
