Hawthorn IGA Sushiba Staff Recruitment


We are recruiting staff to work with IGA Sushi Bar located in Hawthorn.


Working conditions

- Part-time / Casual

- 2~3 days or more during the week

- Working hours: 7:00am ~ 3:00pm

- Part-time: $27.81/hr + Super + paid leave + annual Gift Card bonus

- Casual: $34.76/hr + Super

- Additional allowances apply on weekends/holidays


Main Duties

This covers the overall work of sushi bars, including sushi rolling and nigiri production, ingredient preparation, packaging and display, and cleaning.


Candidates with sushi manufacturing experience are preferred, but those who work quickly, meticulously, and with a sense of style are welcome, even if they have no experience! Even first-timers will be taught the work step by step.


We welcome those who can communicate in basic English with other staff and customers, who work well with team members and will work responsibly for extended periods.
