Our One Dream Community is the official provider of disability welfare NDIS/Elderly Welfare HCP for the Australian government.

We aim to help Koreans with care and all necessary aspects of daily life, improve the quality of life, and provide care that is more enjoyable and stable for the rest of the day.


Eligibility: Those who can reside in Australia for more than 12 months, have no working hours restrictions, and due to the nature of the work, care is not easy. We prefer those who have relevant experience or are willing to take care of it responsibly and sincerely rather than just applying lightly.


This is a high-care care service that helps with the use of hoista and dietary intake. Preference given to those with experience in risk of feeding and related matters.
