Main Duties


Overall restaurant operations and service quality management

Service management and response for customer satisfaction

Employee training, training, and team leadership

Daily operations management and goal achievement support

Inventory management and client ordering tasks

Store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards management

Building a Positive Team Culture


Eligibility


Over 2 years of hospitality experience

Preference given to managers or team leaders with over 1 year of experience

Responsible and proactive communication skills

Those who value customer service and teamwork
